Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 15+ corporate clients
- Reconcile bank statements and financial accounts monthly
- Prepare financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Process payroll and tax filings quarterly
- Implement and maintain internal accounting controls
- Collaborate with CFO on financial strategy and analysis
- Train junior bookkeepers on accounting software workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of corporate bookkeeping experience
- Expertise in QuickBooks Online and Excel advanced functions
- Proven GAAP compliance and audit preparation
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
- Experience with multi-state tax compliance
