Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 15-20 clients using QuickBooks Online
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis reports
- Handle accounts payable/receivable with strict attention to deadlines
- Process payroll and ensure timely tax filings (federal/state)
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and general ledger accounts
- Assist with audits and maintain organized financial documentation
- Implement process improvements to enhance financial efficiency
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or equivalent experience required
- 3+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel
- Proven track record of meeting month-end close deadlines
- Knowledge of GAAP and Arizona tax regulations
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously
- Professional certification (e.g., QuickBooks ProAdvisor) preferred
