Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledger and financial statements
- Process accounts payable/receivable and payroll
- Prepare monthly/quarterly financial reports
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card transactions
- Manage sales tax filings and regulatory compliance
- Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes
- Collaborate with CPAs for audits and tax preparation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks Pro/Premier
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Experience with multi-entity accounting systems
- Familiarity with Florida sales tax regulations
- Certified Bookkeeper (CB) or QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor preferred
- Proven ability to meet strict deadlines with 100% accuracy
