Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, balance sheets, and profit/loss reports with accuracy
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card transactions monthly
- Implement and maintain robust accounting systems for multi-client portfolios
- Collaborate with tax professionals during audit preparation and compliance reviews
- Develop financial forecasts and variance analysis for executive decision-making
- Maintain organized digital and physical financial records in compliance with GAAP
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive bookkeeping or accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, and Microsoft Excel
- Proven track record of managing multi-client financial portfolios
- Exceptional attention to detail with zero tolerance for errors
- Strong analytical skills for financial reporting and forecasting
