Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 15+ client portfolios using QuickBooks Online
- Prepare monthly financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) with variance analysis
- Process complex payroll and tax filings for multi-state clients
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and balance sheet accounts monthly
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable workflows and collections
- Implement internal controls and process improvements
- Collaborate with CPAs during audits and tax season
Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience in public accounting
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel (VLOOKUP/Pivot Tables)
- Expertise in multi-state payroll processing and tax compliance
- Proven track record of managing diverse client portfolios
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required (CPA preferred)
- Exceptional attention to detail with 100% reconciliation accuracy
