Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 15-20 small to medium-sized businesses
- Process accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations
- Generate monthly financial statements and variance analysis reports
- Oversee QuickBooks implementation and optimization for clients
- Coordinate with tax preparers for quarterly filings and year-end audits
- Maintain organized digital and physical financial documentation
- Provide proactive financial insights to client stakeholders
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online/Desktop
- Expertise in payroll processing and sales tax compliance
- Certified Bookkeeper (CB) designation highly valued
