Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts with precision
- Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports
- Manage accounts payable/receivable processes and cash flow
- Process payroll and tax filings for multiple clients
- Implement and maintain QuickBooks Online systems
- Conduct financial audits and ensure compliance with GAAP
- Collaborate with tax professionals for quarterly/year-end filings
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Certified Bookkeeper (CB) or QuickBooks ProAdvisor preferred
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and IRS regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines with high accuracy
- Professional communication and client management skills
