Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts with meticulous attention to detail

- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles and ensure timely processing
- Oversee payroll processing and tax compliance for 50+ employees
- Implement and optimize accounting software systems (QuickBooks, Xero)
- Collaborate with auditors during annual financial reviews
- Develop financial reports to support strategic business decisions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Excel, and accounting software
- Deep knowledge of GAAP principles and tax compliance regulations
- Proven ability to manage high-volume transactions with zero errors
