Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts with meticulous attention to detail
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles, including invoicing and payment processing
- Prepare monthly financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Process payroll and ensure timely tax filings
- Conduct bank reconciliations and variance analysis
- Implement internal controls to ensure financial integrity
- Collaborate with tax professionals for year-end reporting
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online/Desktop and Microsoft Excel
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations
- Proven ability to manage multiple client portfolios
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Professional certification (e.g., CB, QB Pro) a plus
