Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 15-20 client portfolios using QuickBooks Online
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis reports
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and bank reconciliations
- Coordinate with CPA firms for tax preparation and compliance documentation
- Implement and optimize internal controls for financial data integrity
- Lead month-end closing procedures with zero tolerance for errors
- Train junior bookkeepers on standardized accounting workflows
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- Experience with multi-currency transactions and international clients
- Proven track record of reducing accounts receivable by 30%+
- Knowledge of sales tax compliance for AZ and multi-state operations
