Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 15+ client portfolios using QuickBooks Online
- Prepare monthly financial statements including P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow analyses
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes with 3-day reconciliation cycles
- Process payroll bi-weekly for 50+ employees with multi-state compliance
- Conduct quarterly account reconciliations for bank, credit card, and loan accounts
- Assist with annual tax preparation documentation and audit support
- Implement process improvements to reduce accounting errors by 25%
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks Online
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- Proven track record of managing multi-state payroll compliance
- Experience with month-end closing procedures under tight deadlines
- Familiarity with sales tax filing for Oklahoma and surrounding states
- Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor designation highly desirable
- Exceptional attention to detail with 0.1% error tolerance
