Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Online and Excel
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and general ledger accounts monthly
- Process accounts payable/receivable and manage payroll integration
- Generate monthly financial statements and variance analyses
- Assist with tax preparation and year-end audits
- Implement internal controls to ensure compliance with GAAP
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel
- Certified Bookkeeper (CB) or QuickBooks ProAdvisor preferred
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and IRS regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Experience with multi-entity accounting systems
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
