Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 15+ client portfolios using QuickBooks Online
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Process accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and IRS regulations
- Collaborate with tax preparers for quarterly/yearly filings
- Implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting efficiency
- Maintain organized digital financial records with audit-ready documentation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience in a professional services environment
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- Proven ability to manage multi-client financial portfolios
- Expertise in month-end closing procedures and financial analysis
