- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 15-20 diverse clients across Denver's key industries
- Process accounts payable/receivable with 99.9% accuracy
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analyses
- Oversee payroll processing and tax compliance filings
- Implement QuickBooks optimization strategies for clients
- Conduct quarterly financial reviews with business owners
- Maintain meticulous audit-ready financial records
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks Pro/Premier
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- Deep understanding of GAAP and Colorado tax regulations
- Proven experience managing high-volume transaction processing
