Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledgers and reconcile accounts monthly
- Prepare financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheets) for diverse client portfolios
- Manage AP/AR processes and ensure timely payment cycles
- Process payroll and tax filings for multiple business entities
- Implement and optimize QuickBooks systems for efficiency
- Conduct internal audits and compliance reviews
- Collaborate with CFOs on strategic financial planning
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification required
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
- Proficiency in payroll systems (ADP/QuickBooks Payroll)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and IRS regulations
