Responsibilities
- Manage complex accounts payable/receivable cycles for 15+ clients
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with variance commentary
- Oversee payroll processing and tax compliance for diverse business structures
- Implement and maintain QuickBooks Online integrations for efficiency
- Lead month-end closing processes with audit-ready documentation

- Train junior staff on accounting best practices and software proficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience with multi-entity portfolios
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel Advanced Functions
