We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Bookkeeper to join our dynamic finance team in Atlanta, GA. In this full-time position, you will ensure the accuracy and integrity of our financial records, manage daily transactions, and support the broader accounting department.

Responsibilities
- Perform full-cycle bookkeeping, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements, credit card accounts, and general ledger accounts on a monthly basis.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports, including balance sheets and profit and loss statements.
- Assist with monthly and annual payroll processing and tax filings.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and state tax regulations.
- Manage fixed asset tracking and depreciation schedules.
- Collaborate with external auditors during annual audits.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- 3-5 years of professional bookkeeping experience.
- Proficient in QuickBooks Online, Xero, or Sage.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Strong understanding of GAAP and Georgia state tax laws.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Certified Public Bookkeeper (CPB) or equivalent certification is a plus.
