Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledgers and reconcile bank accounts monthly
- Process accounts payable/receivable with strict adherence to deadlines
- Generate financial statements including P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow reports
- Manage payroll processing for 50+ employees using ADP systems
- Oversee month-end closing procedures and variance analysis
- Prepare sales tax filings and ensure compliance with GAAP standards
- Collaborate with CFO on financial forecasting and budgeting initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- Proven track record of managing multi-entity accounting systems
- Strong understanding of GAAP and IRS tax regulations
- Advanced analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication abilities for client reporting
- Experience with ADP payroll processing systems
