Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping operations including AP/AR, payroll, and month-end close
- Prepare and analyze financial statements with executive-level presentation standards
- Implement and optimize accounting systems for maximum efficiency and compliance
- Conduct reconciliations across bank accounts, credit cards, and general ledger
- Support annual audits and tax preparation with organized documentation
- Develop financial models for budget forecasting and variance analysis
- Maintain meticulous records in compliance with GAAP and industry regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive bookkeeping experience with multi-entity portfolios
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel
- Proven track record of managing complex reconciliations and month-end closes
- Expert knowledge of GAAP, tax regulations, and internal controls
