- Conduct internal audits and compliance reviews
- Collaborate with CPAs during quarterly tax seasons
- Train junior bookkeepers on financial protocols
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Advanced QuickBooks Online certification required
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- Expert proficiency in Excel with pivot tables/VLOOKUP
- Familiarity with NM state tax regulations
- Proven track record of 100% audit compliance
