Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping operations for 15+ high-value clients
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with executive-level insights
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, and bank reconciliations
- Implement and maintain QuickBooks/Xero systems with advanced customization
- Coordinate annual tax preparation with external CPA partners
- Develop financial forecasting models and variance analysis reports
- Mentor junior bookkeepers and optimize departmental workflows
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive bookkeeping experience with multi-client portfolios
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online/Xero and Excel (VBA preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent professional certification
- Proven track record of managing high-volume transaction processing
- Expert knowledge of GAAP and Pennsylvania tax regulations
- Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite or SAP advantageous)
- Certified Bookkeeper (CB) or QuickBooks ProAdvisor designation
