Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date general ledgers, reconciling accounts monthly and quarterly
  • Process complex payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and bank transactions with 100% accuracy
  • Prepare monthly financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) with variance analysis
  • Manage sales tax filings and ensure compliance with federal/state/local regulations
