Responsibilities
- Manage multi-entity accounting systems with 50+ monthly transactions
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements for C-suite executives
- Oversee AP/AR cycles with $2M+ monthly volume
- Implement and optimize QuickBooks Online integrations
- Coordinate annual audits with external CPA firms
- Develop cash flow forecasting models for strategic planning
- Maintain compliance with GAAP and IRS regulations
Qualifications
- 7+ years of progressive bookkeeping experience
- Advanced QuickBooks Online certification required
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Expertise in multi-state tax compliance (CA, TX, NY)
- Proficient in Excel with VBA macros
- Experience with construction or SaaS industry accounting
- CPA or CMA designation preferred
