Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts with meticulous attention to detail
- Process accounts payable/receivable and manage payroll for diverse client portfolios
- Prepare financial statements and month-end closing reports
- Utilize QuickBooks/Xero for transaction recording and financial analysis
- Ensure compliance with GAAP standards and tax regulations

Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- 5+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience

- Certified Bookkeeper (CB) or QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification
