Responsibilities
- Oversee full-cycle accounting for 15+ client portfolios
- Prepare month-end/year-end financial statements with GAAP compliance
- Manage intercompany reconciliations across multiple entities
- Lead implementation of QuickBooks Online Advanced systems
- Coordinate with external auditors during tax season
- Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules
- Develop customized financial reporting dashboards for clients
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years experience in public accounting or corporate bookkeeping
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel
- Expertise in multi-state sales tax compliance
- Certification in QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor
- Proven track record with construction/real estate industries
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage confidential financial data
