Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 15-20 diverse client portfolios
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analyses
- Reconcile bank accounts and process payroll bi-weekly
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and aging reports
- Implement QuickBooks optimizations and process improvements
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and IRS regulations
- Collaborate with tax preparation team during audit season
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online/Desktop
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- Expert knowledge of Ohio sales tax regulations
- Proven track record in financial statement preparation
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
