Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 15-20 diverse clients across industries
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Coordinate with auditors during quarterly/annual reviews
- Implement and optimize QuickBooks Online systems
- Lead month-end closing processes with zero-error tolerance
- Provide financial insights to support client decision-making
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 5+ years experience with QuickBooks Online/Advanced
- Certified Bookkeeper (CB) or CPA preferred
- Expertise in multi-entity accounting systems
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables/VBA
- Experience with sales tax compliance across WA/OR
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
