Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 15-20 diverse client portfolios
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet)
- Reconcile bank accounts and process payroll quarterly
- Implement and optimize QuickBooks cloud-based systems
- Conduct month-end closing processes with zero tolerance for errors
- Provide financial consulting to small business clients
- Collaborate with tax professionals during audit season
Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience
- Advanced QuickBooks Online certification required
- Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables) and accounting software
- Strong GAAP compliance knowledge and IRS tax code awareness
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines autonomously
