Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile multi-entity accounts using QuickBooks Online
- Prepare month-end financial statements and variance analysis
- Manage complex accounts payable/receivable cycles for 15+ clients
- Process payroll and tax filings with 100% accuracy
- Implement internal controls to mitigate financial risks
- Collaborate with CPAs during annual audits
- Streamline bookkeeping workflows using automation tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel
- Proven track record with multi-entity reconciliations
- Nebraska bookkeeper certification preferred
- Advanced knowledge of GAAP and payroll tax compliance
- Exceptional attention to detail with zero-error tolerance
