Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts with meticulous attention to detail
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis for diverse client portfolios
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles and cash flow optimization
- Oversee payroll processing and tax compliance filings
- Implement and improve accounting systems using QuickBooks Online and Xero
- Collaborate with CFOs on financial forecasting and strategic planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with 5+ years of bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Xero, and Excel
- CPA or Enrolled Agent certification preferred
- Expertise in multi-state tax compliance and GAAP principles
- Proven track record of reducing financial discrepancies by 30%+
