Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile complex multi-entity accounting systems with 99.9% accuracy
- Prepare month-end/year-end financial statements and management reports
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable cycles and cash flow management
- Coordinate with tax professionals for quarterly filings and compliance
- Implement and optimize QuickBooks Online workflows for 15+ clients
- Lead month-end close processes with strict deadline adherence
- Provide financial insights to guide client business decisions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of hands-on bookkeeping with multi-entity systems
- Advanced QuickBooks Online certification required
- Expertise in payroll processing and tax compliance
- Proficiency with Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables) and accounting software
- Proven ability to manage competing deadlines with composure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
