Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 15-20 diverse client portfolios
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and investment accounts monthly
- Prepare financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Process payroll and tax filings for multi-state clients
- Implement QuickBooks cloud solutions for efficiency
- Lead month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Collaborate with CPAs on audit preparation and compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 5+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience
- Advanced QuickBooks Online certification mandatory
- Expertise in multi-state tax compliance (FL, GA, NY)
- Proficient in Excel, Xero, and accounting software
- Certified Bookkeeper (CB) or QuickBooks ProAdvisor preferred
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
