Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for diverse client portfolios using QuickBooks Online
- Process monthly payroll, tax filings, and employee benefits administration
- Prepare financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) with detailed variance analysis
- Conduct bank reconciliations, expense tracking, and internal control audits
- Collaborate with CPAs during tax season and quarterly reviews
- Implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting efficiency
- Train junior staff on bookkeeping best practices and software protocols
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- 5+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience in a professional services environment
- Advanced QuickBooks Online certification and Excel proficiency (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Proven track record of managing multi-client portfolios with $1M+ revenue
