Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping operations for 15-20 clients across various industries
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with actionable insights
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and bank reconciliations
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls for financial compliance
- Collaborate with tax professionals to support year-end reporting requirements
- Optimize accounting workflows using QuickBooks Online and Excel automation
- Lead month-end closing procedures with zero-tolerance for discrepancies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive bookkeeping experience in public accounting
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks Online and advanced Excel functions
- Proven track record of managing multi-client portfolios
- Deep knowledge of GAAP and IRS compliance requirements
- Exceptional attention to detail with 100% reconciliation accuracy
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate numbers into business insights
