Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts with meticulous attention to detail
- Process accounts payable/receivable and manage cash flow operations
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis reports
- Oversee payroll processing and tax compliance documentation
- Implement and optimize bookkeeping systems using QuickBooks Online
- Coordinate with external auditors during quarterly and annual reviews
- Maintain organized financial records with digital backup protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience in a professional setting
- Advanced proficiency with QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel
- Strong knowledge of GAAP principles and tax compliance regulations
- Proven ability to manage complex financial reporting cycles
- Certified Bookkeeper (CB) or QuickBooks ProAdvisor preferred
- Exceptional analytical skills and attention to numerical accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
