Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts with meticulous attention to detail
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable cycles and cash flow management
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis reports
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and industry-specific regulations
- Coordinate with auditors during quarterly and annual reviews
- Implement and maintain internal controls for financial data integrity
- Support month-end closing processes with timely reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive bookkeeping experience in corporate environments
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks Enterprise and Microsoft Excel
- Proven track record of managing multi-entity accounting systems
- Strong understanding of sales tax compliance and payroll processing
- Advanced analytical skills with exceptional problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
