Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping operations including AP/AR, bank reconciliations, and payroll processing
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analyses
- Maintain accurate general ledger entries and supporting documentation
- Coordinate with tax professionals for quarterly/annual filings
- Implement and optimize accounting software workflows
- Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and industry regulations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel (advanced functions)
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- Certified Bookkeeper (CB) designation a plus
