Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile multi-entity accounts using QuickBooks Online
- Prepare monthly financial statements including balance sheets, P&L reports, and cash flow analyses
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles with strict adherence to deadlines
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 50+ employees with tax filings
- Conduct bank reconciliations and variance analyses
- Support annual audits and tax preparation with CPA partners
- Implement process improvements for financial reporting efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel
- CPA certification or equivalent preferred
- Experience with multi-entity accounting systems
- Strong understanding of GAAP and California tax regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
