- Manage full-cycle accounting for 15-20 high-revenue clients, including month-end close and reconciliations
- Oversee AP/AR processes, payroll integration, and sales tax compliance
- Prepare customized financial reports and KPI dashboards for executive stakeholders
- Implement and optimize accounting software (QuickBooks Online, Xero)
- Lead cross-departmental financial audits and process improvement initiatives
- Mentor junior bookkeepers and provide expert consultation on financial strategy
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with 5+ years of bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Xero platforms
- CPA or equivalent certification strongly preferred
- Proven track record in multi-client portfolio management
- Expertise in complex reconciliations and financial statement analysis
