Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping operations for 15-20 high-net-worth clients using QuickBooks Online and Xero
- Prepare monthly financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow analyses
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processing with strict adherence to SOX compliance
- Coordinate quarterly tax preparations and year-end audits with external CPA firms
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls for financial data security
- Develop customized financial reporting dashboards for client stakeholders
- Lead month-end closing procedures with zero-tolerance for discrepancies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive bookkeeping experience in public accounting or financial services
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Xero, and advanced Excel functions
- Demonstrated experience managing multi-entity accounting operations
- Deep understanding of GAAP, SOX compliance, and sales/use tax regulations
- Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor or equivalent technical certification
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to reconcile complex accounts
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive financial data
