Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile multi-entity financial accounts with 99.9% accuracy
- Prepare month-end/year-end closing reports and financial statements
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and payroll processing for 50+ clients
- Oversee sales tax filings and compliance across multiple jurisdictions
- Implement and optimize accounting software workflows (QuickBooks Online, Xero)
- Lead financial audits and provide strategic insights to CFOs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with 5+ years' experience
- CPA or CMA certification strongly preferred
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel advanced functions
- Proven experience with multi-state tax compliance
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills
- Experience managing high-volume transaction processing
