Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting processes including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis for executive leadership
- Maintain accurate general ledger with proper documentation and audit trails
- Oversee tax compliance and coordinate with external auditors
- Implement and optimize accounting software systems (QuickBooks ProAdvisor preferred)
- Develop financial reports for stakeholders and support budgeting processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with 3+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables)
- Certified Bookkeeper (CB) or QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification required
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with multi-state payroll and sales tax compliance
- Proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
