Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile multi-company general ledger accounts with precision
- Prepare month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial statements
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles and cash flow optimization
- Oversee payroll processing and tax compliance for 15+ clients
- Implement and maintain QuickBooks Online enterprise systems
- Conduct financial audits and provide strategic financial insights
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Excel with VBA knowledge
- Experience with multi-state sales tax filings and payroll processing
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills for client reporting
