Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledgers and reconcile bank accounts monthly
- Process accounts payable/receivable and manage payroll cycles
- Prepare financial statements (P&L, balance sheets) for client reviews
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and IRS regulations
- Oversee month-end closing procedures and variance analysis
- Implement and optimize accounting software systems (QuickBooks ProAdvisor preferred)
- Collaborate with tax professionals during audit preparation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping in a professional services environment
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel
- Strong understanding of sales tax compliance (NV regulations)
- Proven experience with multi-entity accounting structures
- Advanced analytical skills with attention to detail
- Professional certification (CPA, CB) highly desirable
- Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced setting
