- Prepare monthly financial statements and tax documents
- Implement QuickBooks cloud solutions for clients
- Lead month-end closing procedures with zero tolerance for errors
- Train junior staff on accounting best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 5+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience
- Advanced QuickBooks Online certification mandatory
- Expertise in multi-entity payroll processing
- Proficiency in Excel with pivot tables and VLOOKUP
- CPA or EA designation preferred
