Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 15-20 small to mid-sized businesses
- Process accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports
- Oversee payroll processing and tax filings
- Maintain QuickBooks Online with multi-entity configurations
- Conduct month-end closings and variance analysis
- Implement internal controls for financial compliance
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online/Xero
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- CPA or QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification preferred
- Expert knowledge of GAAP and IRS regulations
- Experience with multi-state payroll processing
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage high-volume transaction processing
