Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Process payroll and maintain employee records
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance reports
- Oversee QuickBooks data entry and system maintenance
- Assist with audits and tax preparation documentation
- Implement process improvements for financial workflows
- Train junior accounting staff on best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks Pro
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros)
- Payroll processing certification preferred
- Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage)
- Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities
