Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform monthly and quarterly bank reconciliations to ensure all transactions are accounted for.
- Process payroll for multiple clients using [Software Name] and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Prepare and generate financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Assist with year-end tax preparation and the audit process.
- Reconcile credit card statements and expense reports efficiently.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or a related field.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Sage) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
- Associate degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a busy office environment.
