Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 15-20 small to medium-sized businesses
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and general ledger accounts monthly
- Prepare and analyze financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Process payroll and assist with sales/use tax filings
- Implement and maintain efficient accounting systems using QuickBooks Online
- Provide financial insights to clients and internal leadership teams
- Coordinate with external auditors during annual reviews
Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks Online
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables)
- Experience with payroll processing and tax compliance
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication abilities for client interactions
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
