Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 15-20 client portfolios using QuickBooks Online and Desktop
- Prepare monthly financial statements including P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow analyses
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processing and bank reconciliations
- Coordinate quarterly tax filings and year-end financial audits
- Implement customized accounting solutions for new client onboarding
- Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules
- Train junior bookkeepers on accounting best practices and software proficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA preferred
- 5+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience with multi-entity portfolios
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks Online/Desktop and Excel (advanced functions)
- Demonstrated knowledge of Colorado sales tax regulations and payroll compliance
- Certified Bookkeeper (CB) or QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification
- Exceptional attention to detail with error reconciliation capabilities
- Strong client management skills and professional communication abilities
